產品活性：Tranexamic acid (cyclocapron)，賴氨酸的環類似物，是一種具有口服活性的抗纖維蛋白溶解劑。Tranexamic acid 減輕嚴重創傷的影響，抑制尿激酶型纖溶酶原激活劑，改善干性皺紋，可用于止血的研究。

生物活性：Tranexamic acid (Transamin) 是一種抗纖維蛋白溶解劑，用于阻斷纖溶酶和彈性蛋白酶衍生的纖溶酶原片段的賴氨酸結合位點，IC50 為 5 mM。目標：其他 氨甲環酸是氨基酸賴氨酸的合成衍生物。氨甲環酸常用于具有高失血風險的手術，如心臟、肝臟、血管和大型骨科手術。它的口服形式現在正在評估用于涉及大量出血的門診情況。毒性/不良事件：一般很少見，包括胃腸道反應、頭暈、疲勞、頭痛和超敏反應。使用氨甲環酸有潛在的血栓形成風險。

體外：Tranexamic acid (20-100 μg/mL, 24 h) 通過增強線粒體呼吸，抑制損傷相關分子模式釋放，改善人臍靜脈內皮細胞 (HUVECs) 和人動脈內皮細胞 (HAECs) 的毛細血管完整性來減輕嚴重創傷的影響[1]。 Tranexamic acid (0.2-5 mM, 30 min) 抑制 MDA-MB-231 BAG 乳腺癌細胞的遷移[2]。 MCE尚未獨立證實這些方法的準確性。僅供參考。
