產品活性：Niacin (Vitamin B3) 是一種具有口服活性的水溶性B3維生素 (B3 vitamin)，是人類必需的營養物質。Niacin (Vitamin B3) 在能量代謝、細胞信號級聯調節基因表達和細胞凋亡 (apoptosis) 中起關鍵作用，也可用于心血管疾病的研究。

體外：煙酸（0-900 μM，42小時）顯著增加GSH水平，降低ROS水平，并影響與細胞凋亡和脂質代謝相關的基因表達[1]。煙酸（0-40 μM，24小時）在低劑量下可抑制癌癥侵襲活性，但對增殖沒有影響[2]。MCE尚未獨立證實這些方法的準確性。它們僅供參考。
