IL-8 (CXCL8)

白細(xì)胞介素 8（IL-8，IL8，也稱(chēng)為 CXCL8）是一種由不同類(lèi)型的細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生的促炎細(xì)胞因子，包括單核細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞和內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞。炎癥刺激，如 LPS，強(qiáng)烈誘導(dǎo)單核細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生 IL-8。
