ZYX-2000海綿壓陷硬度測試儀
一、海綿壓陷硬度測試儀用途：泡棉壓陷硬度應力測試儀用于測定多孔彈性材料的凹入硬度。
二、海綿壓陷硬度測試儀原理：將試樣置于壓盤下，由電腦控制，將海綿隨壓力變化的彈力特性計算出來、生成彈力特性變化曲線，把特性曲線打印出來，無控制面板,直接采用電腦控制，高分辨率平面圖象顯示，測力讀數自動選程。本機精度±0.5%,測力傳感器zui高精度可達1/1000個單位。加載速率1000/s。可存貯多個測試方法并對數據進行恢復。
丁字頭運動顯示讀數可精確至0.001mm，丁字頭位置可精確至0.001mm。精密滾珠絲杠及引導系統、高精度閉環速度控制器、緩行裝置及可選快速返程、微機RS232接口，定載及行程保護限制，即時負載及拉伸循環測試，長期蠕變測試。
